Resource levies will be charged over 4 terms. The full annual resource levy is to be paid regardless if a student exits the college during the year. The remaining resource levy will be invoiced to the family. This levy does not include Senior Secondary Subject Levies.

Sibling Discounts do not apply to levies or other charges.

 

Resource Levies

A 5% discount will apply to tuition fees if the account is paid in full within 14 days of the invoice date. The discount does not apply to levies or other charges.

 

Payment

Tuition fees will be invoiced each term. Fees should be fully paid by the end of each term. Payments can be made by:

  • EFTPOS, Cash, or Cheque at the Administration Office
  • Direct Deposit to the College Bank Account with the reference "[Surname] Fees".

Laptop Hire – Year 11 and 12

*The resource levies for Senior Secondary students includes hire of a College supplied laptop. The laptop is for the exclusive use of the student to support their learning.

 

Laptops are insured. For accidental damage to a laptop, families are liable to pay a charge of $300 for a first incident, increasing to $400 for a second incident, and $500 for subsequent incidents. There are no charges for any warranty repairs. For deliberate damage to the laptop, families will be liable to pay the full repair/replacement cost of the laptop.

Vocational Education and Training (VET) - Senior Secondary

Students are expected to pay for their own tools, protective clothing and equipment as necessary.

 

Students who withdraw from a VET course after the Term 1 deadline and/or exit Grace Christian College before Term 4 in the year they undertake the VET course, will be charged the full tuition fees for the course. VET course fees will vary [i.e. Allied Health Services is approximately $2,500].

 

Students that undertake any additional VET courses within an academic year are liable to pay all fees associated with the additional course.
